Will I meet Karen before the service?
Absolutely! Karen will meet you and your pets for a
FREE consultation prior to any service rendered.
Do you offer mid-day dog
walking/breaks?
Yes, we certainly do and
encourage anyone working long hours to contact us. We find that
such mid-day breaks are much healthier for the dogs, both physically and
psychologically.
Who will be coming to my
home?
No one but Karen will take care of your pets. We do NOT
hire outside help or outsource as other pet-sitting companies so often
do. This allows the pets to become familiar with us, as opposed to
having different people visit the pets each time.
Do you board pets in your home?
No, we do not board. We feel that all pets are most at ease when in their own familiar and secure environment. Boarding them or dropping them off at other people's homes can be very stressful and unhealthy for the pets. We'll come to your house as many times each day as
requested to ensure that your pet is happy and stress-free.
Would you be willing to
care for other animals?
Of course! Although we're "Dogs 'R' Us", we do not
discriminate and truly love all animals. We have cared for several cats and
birds; we welcome all!
Do you charge for key
pick-up and return?
No, we do NOT charge. We work within a 10 mile radius, so we will
gladly pick up and drop off your key at your convenience.
Do you charge extra for
pet care over holidays and/or weekends?
No, we do NOT increase the
costs over holidays/weekends.
How are my keys stored?
All keys are securely stored
in a locked safe inside of our home.
